Privacy notice

How BetStaffing handles recruitment data.

Last updated: 8 September 2026.

Purpose of this notice

This notice explains how information submitted through betstaffing.com is used for recruitment, candidate profile management, employer enquiries, vacancy submissions, live support and website administration.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, this may include your name, contact information, location, CV, work history, skills, languages, professional profile links, compensation expectations, work preferences, application history and the messages you send to us. Employer users may also provide company and hiring information.

Why we use it

We use candidate information to provide recruitment services, assess potential fit for opportunities, communicate about applications, maintain candidate profiles and—where appropriate—introduce candidates for relevant hiring mandates. Employer information is used to manage recruitment enquiries, submitted vacancies and client-service communications.

CVs and profile visibility

CV files are stored in private storage and are not publicly indexed. Candidate profiles are not public directory pages. The visibility setting in your profile tells BetStaffing whether your information should remain for BetStaffing recruiter use or may be used for matched employer introductions after recruiter review.

Who receives information

Candidate information may be shared with a prospective employer when it is relevant to a recruitment mandate and appropriate within the recruitment process. We may also use infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf for hosting, authentication, storage and security. We do not sell candidate profiles as marketing lists.

Retention

Recruitment data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, legal, operational and candidate-service purposes. You can ask us to update or remove information that is no longer needed, subject to legitimate record-keeping requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of data you provided. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for a specific activity.

Security

We use access controls and private file storage for CVs. No internet service can promise absolute security, so we also limit public exposure and use authentication and permission controls around candidate and employer data.

Contact for privacy questions

Use the BetStaffing contact form and select a privacy-related message in the text. We will route the request to the appropriate person. The contracting/legal entity applicable to a recruitment engagement is identified in the relevant engagement documentation.
